Shipping and returns

Vloerverwarmingservice.nl send everything via My Parcel / Post NL. Is there something not to your liking and do you want to send it back? Then you can return it to us and you will receive your purchase amount back. After receiving the items, we will sort them out and refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days. Below you can read how it works.

Shipping
We ship all our orders via parcel post with a Track & Trace code, so that we can offer the best possible service! The shipping costs are in the Netherlands:

0 - 23 kg: € 6,25

23 - 30 kg: € 9,43

30+ or larger than 175 x 78 x 58 cm, a truck surcharge of € 73.17 is charged.

Delivery
If you order and pay before 23:59 on working days, you will receive your order within 1 to 3 working days. Via the Track & Trace you can follow your order. The packages are delivered in the Netherlands by Post NL.

We deliver no less than six days a week, Monday to Saturday. When you order during the weekend, your order will be delivered on Tuesday. Please note that on holidays orders are not processed or delivered.

Cancel or change your
order Unfortunately, this is no longer possible after completion of the payment, because packages are processed almost immediately afterwards and transferred to our carrier.

Returns
Still not completely satisfied with the item? Can happen. You can register a return with us up to 30 days after receipt via e-mail or log in to the website, and after that you have 14 days to return the order. Always check first whether it is allowed to return (see the question below 'What can you return?').

What can you return?
Your purchase is subject to a legal warranty. This means that you can reasonably assess whether the product meets your wishes, for example by neatly opening the top of the packaging and feeling the fabric (without removing the article completely from the packaging). However, you are liable for depreciation of the items as a result of use that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the items.  

Please note: We check every return, in a number of cases we cannot (fully) credit the purchase amount:• Items that have been received for more than 30 days• Used, damaged, incomplete items (unless there is a manufacturing defect)• Missing or damaged packaging
